Last week as part of the centenary of Dáil Éireann, the first ever youth assembly on climate took place in the Dáil. Young people from all over the country gathered in thematic groups, discussed options and submitted a list of recommendations to the Oireachtas and the government. You can watch the historic proceedings here. The ten recommendations include the banning of imported fracked gas, a tiered company tax on emissions, the outlawing of ecocide and the introduction of sustainability education.

The graph of deaths clearly shows decline for a number of years and then stagnation. Chris investigates the reasons behind this and discovers investment, or lack thereof, in speed control measures and speed cameras has a direct result in the number of deaths on the roads.
