Chinese Spacecraft Lands on Farside of The Moon

The Chinese spacecraft Chang'e-4 has been reported to have successfully landed on the farside of The Moon. Chinese state broadbaster CCTV have published an image of the moon's dark side sent back from the lander. Heere's what Buzz Aldrin has to say about it:

The Sound of Wind on Mars

Two vibration sensors on NASA's InSight Mars Lander captured a recording of vibrations caused by wind on the red planet, blowing 10 to 15 mph. This video has raised the sound of the wind by 2 octaves to make it more audible.

Australian software engineer Sarah Spencer hacked a 1980's knitting machine to create a massive equatorial star map, with the plan to exhibit it at the Electromagnetic Field Camp festival on Aug 31st, 2018. As a result, the star map is aligned with the night sky on the date of the festival!
